Återbetalning Brussel airlines

I allt elände och i evig väntan och tjat på återbetalningar från SAS dök nedanstående mejl från Brussel airlines upp idag. Fick ett infomejl om återbetalning direkt efter att de ställt in vårt flyg mitten av mars LHR-BRU-CPH. Hade dock inget större hopp att erhålla återbetalning från dem så 736 euro in på AMEX-kontot blev en glad överraskning.

Even though we tried hard to continue our service at normal speed, we did not manage to assist you within due time.
