"had exactly the same problem – I’d made two bookings. Called them this morning g and was told my IB PLus account needed to be have been ‘live’ for three days, ie it would take three days for a new membership number to reach a booking, thus after the expiry date on the promotion and breaching the promotion terms and conditions! So as I was within 24 hours of purchase, I canceled and refunded my bookings. Great in theory, not so good in practice"
