Lidt afhængig af hvor du samler point kan du jo prøve at foreslå en kompensation i form af Q-miles eller Q-credits(?).

Hmmm - tja - jeg foreslog det men det blev overhovedet ikke kommenteret. Jeg fik følgende fra customer relations afdelingen - det var så pænt meget spild af tid at skrive :)

We are sincerely sorry to learn of the inconvenience caused to you on flight QR963 Depansar to Doha on 31st July 2015.



We understand the inconvenience that you encountered and can fully appreciate how unsettling the situation must have been for you to not have received your desired champagne drink throughout the flight. We trust you will understand that whilst extensive checks are carried out prior to boarding of passengers from our catering team there are occasions where there could be lack of a certain beverage/drink. May we assure you that your feedback regarding this has been sent to the catering team to help us improve our services and necessary actions will be taken.



We do regret to lear that you were uncomfortable as you were not offered the payjamas in flight. Please allow me to clarify that in-flight pajayma is provided as per the Doha time of arrival, flights arriving post mid-night have the payjama facility provided. QR963 arrives at 23:15 to Doha, the inflight would not have the payjama offered to the passengers. We understand your inconvenience and apologize for the same.
