Earlier this year IHG and Covivio entered an agreement to rebrand and operate 12 hotels (and one pipeline hotel) currently operating under the Principal and De Vere brands. The Principal London is the first of these hotels to be re-branded as Kimpton Fitzroy London.

The hotel also further honours the name with Fitz’s bar, the hotel’s glamorous cocktail bar.

Indeed, säkert ett trevligt event. Helt säkert så beträffande priset, 5 dagar kvar till auktionen stänger. Dock ingen rykande fart på budgivningen (två bud hittills).

Jag bodde där en natt på Kimpton Fitzroy nu i veckan. Det var ett snabbt besök för mig, så hann inte alls utforska hotellet, men det är väldigt stiligt. Jag hade ett vanligt rum och det kostade skjortan, men det gör ju London när man bokar med ett par dagars framförhållning.
